James L. Marsh, 78 of Clymer, PA., passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Jefferson Manor, Brookville, PA.
He was the son of Clarence and Lucille (McManus) Marsh McCracken, born on October 29, 1946, in Indiana, PA.
Jim served in the United States Army in Vietnam. He was a member of the Clymer American Legion Post 222, the Indiana VFW Post 1989, and the Clymer Slovak Club. Jim served on the Clymer Borough for many years in all positions. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret “Peggy” (Stiles) Marsh, one daughter, Patricia Shaffer, two grandchildren, Brooke and James Shaffer, one sister, Patty Clark, and husband Sam.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Robert McCracken, one son-in-law, Michael Shaffer.
All services will be private for the family, the McCabe~Roof Funeral Home, 565 Franklin St., is assisting the Marsh family.
