Kenneth Jobe Obituary

Kenneth G. Jobe, 89, of Indiana, PA., passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at his home.

He was the son of Burton Jobe and Annie Byers, born on September 23, 1930 in Indiana, PA.

Ken was a member of the Hill Top Baptist Church. He served in the United States Marine Corp. during the Korean Conflict. Ken loved working on his farm and his tractors (orange) and working on vehicles. He worked at Fisher Scientific for 25 years and Wheaton Van Lines. Ken was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Betty (Layton) Jobe, three children, Cheryl Weston, Kenneth Jobe and wife Tina, James Stewart and wife Michelle, one brother, Filbert Jobe and wife Erma, five grandchildren, Beth Hixson and husband Scott, Scott Jobe and wife Rebecca, Amanda Jobe, Erica Sheiness and husband Brandon, and Evan Stewart, one great-granddaughter, Emma Hixson and many nieces and nephews.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters and one brother.

All services will be private the McCabe~Roof Funeral Home, 565 Franklin St. Clymer is assisting the family.
