William Frank “Billy” Lowry, 68 of Indiana, PA., passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at QLS-Westmont, Johnstown, PA.
He was the son of William and Lucille (Hadden) Lowry, born March 12, 1956 in Indiana, PA.
Billy was a 1974 graduate of Indiana Area and a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, PA. He was a florist/designer for 45 years in Pittsburgh, PA.
He is survived by two sisters, Lois Rhoades, North Wales, PA and Nancy Kubalek, Clymer, PA.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Carol Rabickow.
All services will be private for the family. The McCabe~Roof Funeral Home, 565 Franklin St., Clymer, is assisting the Lowry Family.
